The University of South Dakota Athletics Program finished fourth in the final North Central Conference Cup standings, according to a release from the league office. Minnesota State and North Dakota finished tied for the title.
USD, who tallied 69 points, claimed titles in football, women's cross country, women's indoor track and field and men's and women's outdoor track and field. The Coyotes also added second-place finishes in men's cross country and men's indoor track and field.
In the women's race, South Dakota finished third with 38.5 points behind Nebraska-Omaha (58) and North Dakota (52.5).
In the men's standings, USD finished third with 30.5 points and placed in the top-four in six of the seven varsity sports it offers.
