City council meets June 5

The Vermillion City Council will meet in regular session 7 p.m. Monday, June 5 in the South Dakota Public Broadcasting Studio of the Al Neuharth Media Center.

Agenda items include action on requests to close High Street June 30 to July 2 for the Siouxland Dog Show, and a request to close High Street Aug. 10-13 for the Clay County Fair.

The council will also hold bid openings for an airport snow removal equipment building, a surplus dump truck and a surplus police car.
