Damn Yankees benefit planned

The Vermillion Community Theatre has planned a benefit dinner to support their current production of Damn Yankees. The buffet dinner will be Sunday, June 4 at the Buffalo Run Winery starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25 and are on sale at the Nook ?n Cranny in Vermillion until June 2.

There will be entertainment from Damn Yankees and the USD Playhouse production of Forever Plaid. Proceeds from the dinner help to keep ticket prices reasonable for theatre patrons in Vermillion.

The VCT production of the Broadway musical Damn Yankees will be June 23-26 at the Vermillion High School Theatre.
