eTelecare announces promotions
eTelecare Global Solutions, a customer service and technical support outsource call center, announced the promotions of Nicole Poznanski and Nicolette Kyte.

"Both Nicole and Nicolette have been key parts of our sites success, and we're thrilled to promote them to these vital positions," says Cheri Buffington, eTelecare's Vermillion site director.

Poznanski, formerly an ASD agent at eTelecare, is now quality manager at the Vermillion offices. Having worked at eTelecare for nearly two years, Poznanski now manages the quality auditing process and serves as a liaison between supervisors and the quality auditing team. She ensures all agents meet eTelecare's high quality standards. Poznanski is originally from Sioux City, IA.

Kyte, of Flandreau, was promoted to training bay supervisor and handles second level agent training as they transition to operations from the training environment. She was formerly quality manager for the Vermillion eTelecare site.
