Junior golfers play in Yankton tourney

A representative group of junior golfers made the short trip to Yankton where they played in the Wells Fargo Tour at Fox Run Golf Course with nearly 100 participants.

Vermillion junior golfers had the following results:

In the 11 and under boys group � Jake Hogen placed sixth scoring a 48; 12-13 girls � Ellen Brown was seventh with 128; 14-15 boys � Chase Allen scored 105 but did not place; 16-18 boys � Brian Bye won with a score of 69 and Alex Schaack tied for 10th with 80.
