Game one was a close competition as Vermillion fell behind 4 � 1 after four innings. They then came charging back, scoring four runs in the final two innings, for the 5 � 4 victory. Jordan Robinson went the full six innings for the win.

Game two was a different affair with Vermillion building a 6 � 1 advantage after one inning and Lennox never threatened again. Brian Hansen was the winning pitcher going the distance giving up two hits, and four runs, walking one and registering three Ks.

Offensively: Jordan Robinson � 1 for 3, 1 run, 2 RBIs; Cole Andre scored once as he went 1 for 2, with 1 RBI. Ryan Fishbach reached base on three walks, scoring twice. Evan Hanson � 2 for 2, 2 runs, 2 RBIs; Robert Osterberg walked twice and scored once in a run and scored one. Chase Allen scored a run.
