Will celebrate 50th anniversary

Joe and Doris (Gibson) Huber of Seward, NE, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, July 8 with a card shower and open house from 7 to 9 p.m. at the VFW club: 2337 K Street, Fairbury, NE. Cards may be sent to 1444 North 1st Street, Seward, NE 68434. No gifts, please.

Hosts will be their children, spouses and grandchildren: Joe, Jr., Darcee, Charles and Karl of Alexandria, VA; Jim, Mary, Jerrod, Katie and Joseph Vils of Oshkosh, WI, and Tom Huber of Seward, NE.

The Hubers were married June 4, 1956 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Gilead, NE.
