David and Rhonda Hulkonen of Vermillion announce the engagement of their daughter, Shelley, to Brian Finn, son of David and Barbara Finn of Minneapolis, MN.
Hulkonen graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is employed at Honeywell in Golden Valley, MN. Finn graduated from Marquette University and is employed at CenterPoint Energy in Minneapolis, MN.
The couple is planning a Sept. 30 wedding in Vermillion.
