Junior boys, girls participate in Wells Fargo Tour events

Central Valley Golf Course in Hartford hosted the Wells Fargo Tour for Juniors on Tuesday, June 20.

Vermillion junior golfers had the following results:

In the 11 and under boys' group � Jake Hogen placed sixth, scoring a 45.

12 to 13 girls � Ellen Brown was sixth with 135.

The representative from Vermillion in the 16 to 18 boys' group was Brian Bye who placed sixth with a score of 79.

The next event on the Junior Tour was the Wells Fargo Open June 27-28 on two Sioux Falls courses (Elmwood and Prairie Green).

Alex Schaack won the 16 to 18 boys' group, scoring 74 (Elmwood), and 72 (P.G.) for a 146 winning total.

Chase Allen placed 12th.in the 14 to 15 boys' group, with 95, 84 � 189.
