VPL NEWS

Wireless Internet has been newly installed for our patrons' use. "WiFi" is located by the reading tables in the adult section of the library and electrical plug-ins are available.

Needed: Items for the display case located in the library's front entry. We are looking for patrons who are willing to share their collections, hobby items, or seasonal exhibits. Anyone interested in filling the display case must set-up and clean-out their materials in a timely manner.

The library has the right to approve any material to determine an appropriate exhibit. Please call Joyce Moore, Children & Young Adult Librarian, for additional information at 677-7060.

Scrabble Scrimmage is back! Come challenge other Scrabble enthusiasts and improve your word knowledge on Saturday, Aug. 19 from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Community Room of the Vermillion Public Library. This event is open to adults and young adults from 12-18 years old. Extra Scrabble boards and Scrabble dictionaries are welcome.
