Last Comic Standing contestant to perform

Ty Barnett, finalist on NBC's Last Comic Standing, is performing one show Aug. 28, at 9 p.m. in the commons of the North Complex at The University of South Dakota.� Admission is free and open to the public.

Barnett was named "Up-and-Coming Comedian of the Year" in 2002 at the Las Vegas Comedy Festival and named "outstanding performer" at Montreal's "Just for Laughs" festival.�He's made appearances on Star Search and most recently on Last Comic Standing.
