The event opens to the public at 10 a.m. and will end at approximately 5:30 p.m.
A number of activities for all ages are being planned, but primary to the event is the celebration of scarecrows. A huge variety have been seen over the years. People's creativity is never at a loss.

The club invites everyone to create a contest and enter it into the contest – they just might win.
The scarecrows will be sold at auction at 2 p.m. Last year, the top selling scarecrow sold for $135. There were over 60 entries last year.
The day will be filled with a wide variety of family-fun events – there will be over 30 crafters, kids' games, a petting zoo, a jumping cage, cow pie lottery, face painting, a barbershop quartet, a chain saw artist and other entertainment.
There will be plenty of tasty food served, too, including brats, taco-in-a-bag, home-made pie and funnel cakes.
