Childcare directory to be updated

Finding childcare can be a problem for many parents in Clay County and the surrounding area. To help alleviate this situation, the Clay County Cooperative Extension Service is updating a directory of local childcare providers.

If you are currently providing home or center childcare services and would be interested in being listed in the updated directory, please contact the Clay County Extension Office at 677-7111 or stop by the office at 515 High Street, Vermillion. Listings will be accepted until Oct. 1, 2006.

The new directory should be available in the middle of October for persons in need of childcare services.
