The I.D. Weeks Library at The University of South Dakota will begin displaying published journal articles authored by USD faculty and students.
A bulletin board has been assembled and is located on the second floor, in front of the main stairwell. It will display articles from the departments "serviced" by the I.D. Weeks Library.
Articles will be rotated every four to five weeks to prevent the display from becoming stagnant. The first articles to be featured were published post-spring-break of 2006.
"We see disseminating this as a critical component of our campus mission," said Stephen Johnson, business and distance education librarian of the I.D. Weeks Library. The display is intended to contribute to the research climate on campus.
