Schaack has best finish

Brad Schaack, Vermillion, a member of the South Dakota School of Mines golf team, had the Hardrockers' best finish at the Blue Hawk Invite at Heart River Golf Course and Pheasant Country Golf Course in Dickinson, ND, this past Sunday and Monday.

He carded a 36-hole score of 153 (76-77) for seventh place overall. Luke Dailey of Minot State earned medalist honors with the low score of 145. As a team, the Hardrockers tallied 626 (312-314) strokes for a third-place finish. Dickinson State won the Invite with a two-day total of 509.
