"Maynard has a great attitude and never complains. He picks up extra shifts whenever he's needed and does more than his share of work. The residents trust that he cares about them. Maynard has a calming effect when residents may be agitated and is able to divert them out of depressed moods. He's an excellent geriatric aid and a great team member."

"Maynard is a responsible and dedicated employee for SVVCC and the residents. He is always pleasant to the residents and staff. He is respectful and conscious with the cares that he provides to the residents. He is definitely a role model for Sioux Valleys mission statement, 'Dedicated to the work of healing,'" said Crissy Skogsberg, education coordinator, Sioux Valley Vermillion Care Center.
