USD grad competes in Chicago marathon

Vermillion High School graduate Zeb Lang competed in the Chicago Marathon Oct. 22.

Lang, Denver, CO, a 1999 VHS graduate, ran the 26-mile, 385-yard course in 2:58:26. He placed 840th out of 33,633 finishers. 40,000 registered for the annual race.

He is the son of Dr. Marlene Jacobson, Vermillion, and Steve Lang, Alpine, TX.
