The freshman (C) team opened the festivities with a 2-0 victory, 25-15, 25-10.

"The girls played well, again," said coach Kris Doty. "They're doing a great job of playing as a team. We're looking for a successful finish to our season."
"We are playing better but having a tough time finishing with a win," said coach Jerred of the JV match. "We did play great in the second game. (Sara Kjose scored 7 straight points) Madison played a tough defensive match against us."
Game scores were: 21-25, 25-18, and 11-15 for the loss.

Head Coach Lenni Billberg was less than ecstatic about the match.
"Hitting errors and team continuity seem to plague our team," she said.
In the match Alicia Brown had 6 K, 2 B; Kinsey Weydert recorded 19 set assists; Ariel Hofman – 11 D, one ace; Kristina Blythe – 7 D; and Brittni Stewart had 6 K.
