The Vermillion City Council will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. in the Al Neuharth Media Center on the USD campus.7:00 p.m.
Agenda items to be addressed at Monday's meeting include a city police/ telecommunications collective bargaining agreement covering 2007, 2008 & 2009.
The council will also set a special meeting date to canvass the Nov. 7 municipal election results.
