Engaged

Dr. Richard and Virginia Knutson of Vermillion announce the engagement of their daughter, Allison Mary, to Robert Walsh, son of Patrick and Cheryl Walsh of Elk Point. A March 10 wedding is planned.

Allison is a 2000 graduate of Vermillion High School, and received a bachelor's degree in biology in 2004 from the University of Minnesota, Morris. She is employed at the USD School of Medicine, and is also pursuing a graduate degree. Robert is a 1999 graduate of Elk Point-Jefferson High School and a 2004 graduate of USD with a bachelor's degree in biology. He is currently farming with his family in Elk Point. The couple will reside in Vermillion.
