Four years penitentiary time is suspended based on the following conditions: 1. Shall be under supervision of board of pardons and paroles for a period of four years after his release from the penitentiary. 2. Shall obey all conditions placed upon him by his parole officer. 3. Shall obey all local, state and federal laws and remain on his good behavior. 4. Shall submit to random search and seizure of his bodily fluids at the request of any law enforcement or parole officer upon reasonable suspicion that he is violating the conditions of his parole at his own expense. 5. Shall submit to random search and seizure of his person and property at the request of any law enforcement or parole officer upon reasonable suspicion that he is violating the conditions of his parole at his own expense. 6. Shall not possess or consume controlled drugs, substances or marijuana. 7. Shall complete a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all treatment and aftercare recommendations. The defendant shall also cooperate within all controlled substances treatment programs available to him in the penitentiary. 8. Shall pay court costs. 9. Shall reimburse Clay County for all court-appointed attorney fees. 10. Shall maintain full-time employment, schooling or combination of both during his time on parole. 11. Shall support all his dependents. 12. Shall not possess any firearms or apply for a concealed weapons permit. 13. Shall submit to urine, blood or breath test at any time requested to do so by his parole officer at his own expense. 14.Shall report to Clay County jail for transport to penitentiary on Jan. 12, 2007 at 9 a.m. 15. As to count 4 he shall serve 90 days to run concurrent with penitentiary sentence on count 1. 16. As to count 4, shall pay court costs.
