Steel drum band to perform in Centerville

The Centerville Community Arts council is pleased to present Steel Grove in concert Saturday, Jan. 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the Centerville School Gold Gym.

Darin Wadley, director of percussion studies at The University of South Dakota, and his professional steel band, consisting of two steel drums, electric bass, and drums will set the scene for warm tropical breezes on a cold winter night. This promises to be a night filled with a variety of music to suit everyone's taste. The arts council will be serving hors d'oeuvres during the performance. Free-will donations will be gratefully accepted.
