To be wed

Ms. Marilyn Poppe of Yankton, would like to announce the engagement of her daughter, Jessica Noel Poppe, to Wesley Peter Christensen, son of Todd and Gail Christensen of Vermillion.

The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate from The University of South Dakota and is currently employed as a chemical dependency counselor.

The groom-to-be is currently attending The University of South Dakota, majoring in earth science.

The couple is planning a June 16 wedding.
