Ten years penitentiary time is suspended based on the following conditions: 1. Shall be placed on probation for 10 years. 2. Shall serve 30 days in the county jail each summer that he is on supervised probation to be arranged by court services. 3. Shall make resititution to victim's family for any costs associated wtih counseling for the victim due to his crime. 4. Shall make resititution to Clay County for all court-appointed attorney fees & costs associated with house arrest. 5. Comply with all recommedations made by Dr. Pribyl which are enroll in and successfully complete sex offender specifica treatment, shall not have unsupervised contact with children more than 2 years younger than him unless approved by his treatment provider or court services, shall not use, possess or purchase any forms of alcohol, drugs or mediciations unless prescribed by physician. 6. Shall participate in clinical polygraph examinations as part of his specific treatment. 7. Shall participate in additional measures of sexual arousal/interest such as Abel assessments. 8. Shall be under supervision of court services and shall obey all of their rules, regulations and conditions imposed by them even though they may not have been specifically set out by this court. 9. Shall obey all federal, state, local or municipal laws and be a good law-abiding citizen in all respects. 10. Shall not consume alcoholic beverages of any kind, use or possess any controlled drugs or substances including marijuana and shall submit to urine/breath/blood testing at any time requested to do so by probation office. Shall be responsible for the costs of that testing. May not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcohol where that is their primary business. 11. Shall be subject to random serch and seizure by probation or any law enforcement officer upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provision of the sentence or of any probation agreement. 12. Shall pay all fines, costs and restitution ordered by this court. 13. May not own or possess any firearms or destructive devices and may not obtain a permit to carry a concealed weapon. 14. Court services must pre-approve the location of the defendant's residence. Court services has authority to impose such curfews and limitations as to where the he may be and who he may be with as deemed appropriate by court services.
