For the first time in nine years, all Pamida stores will be closed on Easter Sunday to allow teammates to spend the holiday with their family and friends. The Vermillion Pamida will close at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 7, and will reopen on Monday, April 9 at 9 a.m. The store will be open during its regular hours of operation throughout the rest of Easter weekend.
"At Pamida, we think of our teammates as family," says Senior Vice President of Store Operations Paul Rothamel. "We truly value them and appreciate all that they do for us throughout the year. In order to show our appreciation, we have made the decision to close our stores on Easter Sunday to allow our team members to spend the day with their loved ones. We hope that they will enjoy the holiday and we wish everyone a happy Easter."
