Classical Indian dance

Shambhavi Vaze and Parimal Phadke entertained an enthusiastic audience at the Vermillion High School auditorium Friday as they demonstrated a unique form of Indian classical dance. When two styles of Indian dance come together, namely Kathak from North India and Bharatanatyam from South India, it is called Nrita Sangham. During their performance, the two dancers explored the contrasts and similarities of the two styles.
