Gov. Rounds asks flags fly at half-staff

Gov. Mike Rounds announced that a proclamation has been issued by President George W. Bush, ordering the flag of the United States to be flown at half-staff from Tuesday, April 17, until sunset, Sunday, April 22, as a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated at Virginia Tech on Monday, April 16, 2007.
