Her extraordinary talents as a culinary chef, however, has landed her a supporting role as part of a work-study program at the Cannes International Film Festival. The annual festival is scheduled for May 12-28 this year in the resort town of Cannes in southern France.
Prosser, a 2006 graduate of Vermillion High School, is a freshman enrolled in the patisserie/bakery program of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Scottsdale, AZ.

She is one of only three students from the institute who, after applying, was chosen to attend the film festival.
Building on the success of the previous 18 years, The American Pavilion at Cannes looks forward to offering Prosser and other students selected for the 2007 program a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
