On April 17, 29 seniors came out to play golf. Winning in the two-man match play division were the teams of Bob Solomon and Van Pierce plus the team of Ron Steckelberg and Maurice Erickson.

Taking honors in the three-man division playing under the Howard Connor rules system and coming in with a 37 was the team of Mo Marcotte, Dick Burbach and Elmer Mount. At second with a tie breaker 39 was Bob Boone, Dick Gregory and Jim Reed.
Although also shooting a 39 but losing by the tie breaker coming in third was Alan Clem, Quenton Oleson and Louie Fostvedt. Trailing along in fourth place with a 40 was Turk Pilker, Jim Grabowski and Cleland Cook.
Those who had made birdie putts of notice were Cleland Cook, a 33 footer on # 11 and Jerry Sommervold a 20 footer on #14.
