USD business students to host Coyoteopoly

University of South Dakota School of Business students will be hosting "Coyoteopoly" on the Saturday, April 21. The drive will start at 9 a.m., with students going door to door collecting pop cans and monetary donations. In addition to the fund rasing for enhancing the Vermillion Bike Path, the students will be cleaning up the path by picking up sticks and garbage, planting flowers and trees, and painting picnic tables.

Picnic tables, trees, benches, garbage cans, dog waste bins, bike racks, and bird houses will be bought with all the monetary donations. There will also be drop-off locations at Hy-Vee, Wal-mart, Jones' Food Center, and several local gas stations for donations. Look for a flier to be delivered to your door a week before with more details.

The students' goal is to create a cleaner and enhanced bike path to benefit the entire Vermillion community. Coyoteopoly is a non-profit student organization owned and managed by The University of South Dakota Business Law Department. The organization was developed with the intent of teaching business students how to run a legitimate business organization to benefit the local community.
