Anne Carlson wins heptathlon

Anne Carlson, representing the University of Central Missouri, won the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athlete conference multi-event heptathlon which concluded on Monday, April 30 at Emporia State University scoring 4,880 points.

She is currently ranked fourth in the Division II heptathlon. Anne is a sophomore majoring in public relations. She is the daughter of Mike and Kathy Carlson and the granddaughter of Carl and Erna Carlson and Lorraine and the late Paul Griffin.
