Avera to host 'Healthy Posture, Nutrition for an Active Lifestyle'
Have you been feeling a little out of whack lately? It could be something as simple as making adjustments to your posture and diet. Find out how Monday, May 7.

Avera Sacred Heart Hospital will be hosting a "To Be Well … " series forum on "Healthy Posture and Nutrition for an Active Lifestyle," from 5:30-7 p.m. Monday, May 7 in the Benedictine Center Conference Room located on the second floor of the Benedictine Center.

The evening will begin with a light, nutritious meal followed by two experts on posture and nutrition.

Physical Therapist Lisa Huber, PT, Avera Sacred Heart Hospital, will present "Healthy Posture for an Active Lifestyle." Her presentation will include simple tips to help anyone stay in better alignment.

Registered Dietitian Jennifer Monroe, RD, ASHH, will follow with "Healthy Nutrition for an Active Lifestyle." Monroe's presentation will include recommendations for proper diet and simple ways to improve nutrition choices.

This Avera Sacred Heart Hospital "To Be Well … " event is free and open to the public. Space is limited, so please make reservations by calling 605-668-8080.
