Karson Paul Preister was born at 4:29 p.m. on April 11, 2007 at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center to Paul and Jessica Preister of Vermillion. He weighed 7 pounds, 1.5 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. He is welcomed by big brother Kaleb, grandparents Joanne Berg of Pahrump, NV and Keith and Janice Preister of Humphrey, NE.

Great-grandparents are Julie Ollerich of Sioux Falls, and Ruth Leuthold of Norfolk, NE.
