Ray is award finalist

SDPB Radio News Producer Charles Michael Ray has been named a finalist in the 2006 Livingston Awards for Young Journalists.

Ray's entry is "The Mighty Mo from Montana to the Dakotas," a 42-minute documentary that examines the impact of global warming on the upper Missouri.
