Tanager golf team hosts invitational

Vermillion High School hosted an invitation meet at The Bluffs Golf Course on Friday April 27, involving six teams. Final team standings were: West Central – 357; Madison – 390; Vermillion – 391; Elk Point/Jefferson – 399; Canton – 406; and Beresford-476.

The top ten individuals were: Kelly Wilkens (M) – 79 (medalist); Kelli Lowry (WC) – 80; Anna Isaacson (V) – 80; Laura Leisinger (WC) – 87; Cara Liesinger (WC) – 87; Brianna Postma (M) – 89; Kayla McInerny (EP/J) – 91; Chelsea Gauer (V) – 95; Marie Huber (C) – 95; Kirsten Schaffer (EP/J) – 99; and Kylie Goughenbough (C) – 99.

Other Tanager scores were: Rachel Odens – 106; Laura Hansen – 110; and Kelsey Osbourne – 111.
