Highlighting the performances of the USD men's team was senior Billy Chromy of Linwood, NE, who had a career-best mark and won the javelin throw with a toss of 188'07.
The other men's title was won by Tony Turgeon of Sioux Falls, who clocked a 15:07.35 in winning the 5,000-meter run. USD's Matt Yaggie, a sophomore from Mission Hill, was second in the 5K race in 16:00.41.

For the USD women, Senior Amy Lindner of Sioux Falls and Lexi Dunlop of Woodbine, IA, won titles. Lindner won the 5,000-meter run with a clocking of 18:21.98. Also in the 5K race, Heather Kuhlmann of Nebraska City, NE, was fifth in 19:57.12.
Dunlop picked up a title in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a clocking of 11:44.9.
USD Women's Highlights
Jenessa Filler, a sophomore from Crooks, was third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.52. Filler also placed fifth in the 100-meter dash in 12.5. Also for USD, Marissa Bryan, a freshman from Kyle, was 12th in the 100-meter dash in 13.5.
Shaneaka Parkes, a junior from Manchester, Jamaica, was fourth in the women's javelin with a throw of 133'02.
Sara Miller of Rapid City placed fifth in the women's 400-meter hurdles in 1:07.94.
Sophomore Allison Duba of Sioux Falls was fifth in the women's 1,500-meter run in 5:07.8.
In the women's pole vault, Kaci Nickerson of Cambridge, NE, placed ninth in 10'11.75 while senior Katie Cerling of Plymouth, MN, was 10th in 10'11.75.
Tia Haines, a freshman from White Lake was ninth in the women's long jump at 16'10.
Junior Shannon Daly of Groton, placed ninth in the women's 800-meter run in 2:25.98.
Coyote Men's Highlights
David Coley, a senior from Bellevue, NE, placed high in both the 100- and 200-meter races. In the 100-meter dash he had a 10.6 and finished second, just ahead of teammate Dominic Artis, a sophomore from Brooklyn Park, MN, who was third at 10.7. Artis and Coley reversed places in the 200-meter dash with Artis finishing second in 21.96. Coley had a third-place clocking of 22.29.
Ben Oberle, a sophomore from Vermillion, was third in the men's 400-meter dash in 49.19. Alex Leloux, a freshman from Parker was seventh in 50.27 while freshman Tyler Williamson of Estelline placed ninth in 51.53.
Josh Olson, a junior from Watertown was fourth in the men's long jump at 22'01.
Josh Jeffery, a junior from Spearfish, finished fourth in the men's 800-meter run
with a clocking of 1:56.23.
Freshman Robert Gregoire of Wakonda captured seventh place in the men's 1,500-meter run in 4:08.03.
Sophomore Ben Walters of Lennox was sixth in the discus with a throw of 151'08.
