Shall be under supervision of court services and shall obey all rules, regulations and conditions imposed by them even though they may not have been specifically set out by this court. 2. Shall obey all federal, state, local or municipal laws and be a good law-abiding citizen in all respects. 3. Shall not consume alcoholic beverages of any kind, use or possess any controlled substance including marijuana and submit to urine, breath or blood testing at any time requested to do so by their probation officer and shall be responsible for the costs. May not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages where that is their primary business. 4. Shall be subject to random search and seizure by probation or any law enforcement officer upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provision of this sentence or of any probation agreement. 5. Shall pay all fines, costs ordered by this court. 6. Unless attending an approved educational or training program she must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job and support of all dependents to the best of her ability. 7. Serve 180 days in Clay County Jail to begin 8-10-07 at 9 a.m. with eligibility for work release and counseling, may be served in another county if dependent makes such arrangements. 8. Shall be given 120 days credit towards jail time for spent in Serenity Hills. 9. Shall repay state of South Dakota for costs of prosecution. 10. Shall comply with all aftercare and counseling recommendations.
