Ice cream social is Aug. 15

Bergen Lutheran Church will host its annual Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, Aug. 15 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the church's fellowship hall. Everyone is welcome to enjoy taverns, homemade pie and ice cream for a free will donation.

Proceeds from the event will be used to support various mission projects both local and world wide.

In conjunction with the event, the ladies will be selling chances on two beautiful quilts. The winners will be drawn that evening.

This is sure to be an evening of good food, fellowship and fun.
