SD Football to host Media Day

The nationally-ranked University of South Dakota Football Program will host its annual Media Day at the Al Neuharth Media Center on the USD campus, beginning at noon on Thursday, Aug. 16.

South Dakota Head Football Coach Ed Meierkort will address the media at 1 p.m. A question and answer session will follow comments by Meierkort. Lunch will be provided prior to the press conference.

The Coyotes will open the 2007 season on the road against West Texas A&M (ranked ninth by Street and Smith magazine) at 7 p.m. (CST) on Thursday, Aug. 30. USD's home opener will be the Hall of Fame game on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 7 p.m. in the DakotaDome.
