Correction

It was incorrectly reported in the Sept. 21 story about Vermillion's new city hall groundbreaking that Peska Construction, Sioux Falls, the contractor for the building project, submitted bids that were $3 million under estimated costs.

Peska's bid actually is $300,000 under the expected cost of the new building.
