A crowd of approximately 500 people, made up of University of South Dakota students and people from throughout the Vermillion community, turned out Friday, Sept. 7 for a pep rally for the USD football team hosted by Hy-Vee. The store grilled burgers, brats and hot dogs for the spirited crowd that included the football cheerleaders and the USD Marching Band and Flag Corps.
