SD volleyball team wins third straight with 3-0 decision over Chadron State

Led by junior middle hitter Kathleen Hruska, the South Dakota Women's Volleyball Team (3-0) picked up its third straight win to open the 2007 season with a 3-0 verdict (30-12, 30-26, 30-26) over Chadron State (2-2) on Saturday afternoon at the Mile High Classic in Lakewood, CO.

Hruska (Sioux Falls) continued her outstanding play to open the 2007 season with 18 kills on 42 attacks for a .333 hitting percentage. Hruska, who has a team-high 5.56 kills per game average, has accumulated 50 kills on 109 attacks for a .385 hitting percentage in nine games and three matches this season.
