Reduced to rubble

What once was Vermillion's city hall is now just a pile of rubble. Workers began demolition of the building Oct. 5. In just a few days, only a small part of the building was standing. The site will be the location of a new 32,000 square foot city hall, scheduled for completion in March 2009 in time for the city's sesquicentennial. For more photos visit spotted.yankton.net
