Tanager volleyball defeats the C-Hawks

On Thursday, Oct. 11, Vermillion hosted the Canton C-Hawk in a freshman, junior varsity and varsity volleyball combined match, with the varsity team winning 25-14, 25-10, and 25-20, for a 3-0 wipeout.

Coach Lenni Billberg said, "A match to give everyone a chance to play! Alicia continued her stellar defense with 18 digs, ranking her fourth in the state with 275."

The JV/B team won 2-1, scoring 25-19, 25-11. Assistant coach Jamie Baedke said, "It's great to get a win on parents night!"
