Tanagers meet defeat at Madison Invitational

On Monday, Sept. 10, the Tanager golf team had their first defeat of the season against a 15-team field. They finished the tournament, held at Madison County Club golf course, in fourth place with a 323 score, behind SF Christian (315), Harrisburg (318) and Aberdeen Roncalli (322). Brookings took fifth (338).

Medalist was Harrisburg's Nolan Meyer with a 74; Rainey Reynolds (SF Christian), second; and Richard Dunlap (Tea Area), third (76).

Individual Tanagers' scoring: Eric Ustad – tied for fourth (77); Alex Schaack – tied for eighth (79); Aaron Steele – 83; Broc Gauer ��84; Cole Andre ��85; Jordan Boots ��86; and Mikal Ustad ��89.
