Seniors challenge the wind Oct. 2

On Oct. 2, scores were not affected by the wind. The winning team with a 32 were Rich Morse, Max Anderson and Joe Conroy. Morse chipped in a birdie on #3 from 45 feet. Second place with a 33 were Al Clem, Van Pierce and Pat Boyle. A 15-foot birdie putt was made on #8 by Boyle of this team.

Third place at 36 was the team of Harlan Schott, Maurice Erickson and Gene Iverson. Taking fourth were Turk Pilker, Shorty Hanson and Dick Gregory with a 37. The seniors now play in the afternoons on Tuesday at 1 p.m. as long as weather permits.
