Check It Out Book Club

The Book Club offers many selections to Internet patrons. Each book runs for five days, Monday through Friday. Some genres offer selections every other week. Library Announcements

The Vermillion Public Library will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday, starting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 21 and will remain closed during Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22. Materials may be returned to the Book and A/V drops located on the south side of the building.

Join us in the Community Room for a holiday open house hosted by the library on Tuesday, Dec. 4 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. This event includes information about the Friends of the Public Library group, drop-in story time for preschoolers, refreshments and door prizes.

The library has acquired four new Gateway computers with funding from the Gates Foundation and the South Dakota State Library. These new additions are the catalog search stations located in several areas of the library.
