Thanksgiving eve worship will be held at Faith United Lutheran Church (ELCA), rural Volin, Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. The public is invited to join for a time of worship and thanks with special music by Worship on Wednesday (WOW) children. Please join us in the fellowship room following worship for our annual Pumpkin Pie Party.
Thanksgiving Day dinner will be held in the church fellowship room at noon. The public is invited to a traditional turkey dinner with all the fixings. The only requirement is that you bring your appetite. If you would like to contribute to the meal, please bring a side dish of your choice. Faith United is located at 44874 303rd St, two miles west, two miles north, and one half mile west of Volin, or eight and one half miles east of the Volin turnoff on Highway 81, or three miles west, six miles south and one half mile east of Irene.
Worship begins each Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. with WOW (Worship on Wednesday) each Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. for children. Visitors are always welcome!
