The public is invited to meet with the construction administrator of the Lewis & Clark Regional Water System at a luncheon meeting scheduled to begin at noon on Nov. 14 at the Buffalo Run Winery.
Dan Zulkosky will inform local citizens of the economic impact that the Lewis & Clark project will have on Vermillion and Clay County. He will also answer questions about the water treatment plant and the water system construction.
