Hoffmann, who earned her first-ever NCC weekly honor, was named to the Hyatt Place Mountain Lion Classic All-Tournament Team. The Coyotes (3-1) finished 1-1 at the classic, which was hosted by UC-Colorado Springs.
Hoffman, a senior point guard from Mitchell, made 56.7 percent (17-of-30) of her shots from the field, including 53.3 percent (8-of-15) from three-point range during the classic. She also made 10-of-11 free throws for 90.9 percent, averaged 3.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists during the two-game tournament.

In an 83-79 loss to Adams State on Nov. 23, Hoffman scored a career-best 31 points by hitting 9-of-18 field goals (50 percent) and 5-of-10 (50 percent) from three-point range. She also made 8-of-9 free throws while grabbing two rebounds, dishing out four assists and recording two steals.
Hoffman had 21 points in leading USD to an 82-66 win over UC-Colorado Springs on Nov. 24. She hit 8-of-12 field goals for 66.7 percent, including 3-of-5 from three-point range for 60 percent. Hoffman was also 2-of-2 from the foul line while grabbing four rebounds, and handing out two assists.
On the season, Hoffman is averaging a league-best 22.8 points per game and has connected on 32-of-58 shots from the field, including 17-of-33 from three-point range (51.5 percent). She is also 10-of-11 from the foul line for 90.9 percent. Hoffman, who is averaging 3.8 rebounds per game, leads USD in scoring with 91 points.
